Returns and exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. To return or exchange an item:
- Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Once an order is received, you can return or exchange the products from your online platform order without any issue within 7 natural days from receiving it.
For exchanges, please consider the following conditions in each case:
EXCHANGES
Size or color exchanges will be treated as a new order. The buyer must process a return for the refund of the original order.
RETURNS
If a purchased product does not meet your satisfaction, you can return it within a maximum period of 14 natural days from the date of receipt, with prior notice by email to info@botaniajewelry.com. The product must remain in perfect condition. It will be sent to the address provided in the email.
The full refund will be processed in the same manner as it was paid within 7 natural days following the receipt of the products.
If the products arrive used, damaged, or incomplete, I won’t be able to proceed with the return. Upon receiving the unwanted item, I will contact you to confirm the return and request your bank account number for the refund.
Return of Custom Orders:
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature and additional work involved in these items. I’m happy to provide images during the manufacturing process and before sending the finished piece to ensure you love your custom order.
Return of Defective Product:
Our online store only sells brand new and perfect condition items. If you exceptionally receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return the product by informing me of the reason for the return through any of the contact methods provided within 24 hours from receiving the shipment. I will proceed to replace the item with a new one of identical characteristics or similar if the product is currently out of stock, and the costs will be covered by me.
If the return is not justified by a manufacturing defect, I cannot be held responsible, and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Return Conditions
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. For more information, please refer to our Return Policies.
