Free shipping worldwide
When you place an order, the platform automatically sends a confirmation email to the address you provided during registration.
Once the order and payment are completed, the package is shipped within 48 to 72 hours (business days). Keep in mind that, as these are handmade pieces, the preparation time depends on availability. If the time is expected to exceed, I will inform you as soon as possible.
Shipments are made via DHL express courier or Certified Mail (all with a tracking number and reference for easy tracking).

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the package tracking code so you can stay informed about the status of your order.
Home Delivery: They attempt delivery twice. If you’re not at home, the postal service will leave a notice in your mailbox. You can pick up the package at your usual post office within the next 15 natural days.
I always strive to meet delivery deadlines, but there are external factors that may delay delivery, such as:
- Placing an order during sales periods or high-order volume times like Christmas.
- Placing an order during holidays.
- Adverse weather conditions affecting transportation.
If time is crucial for you, you may prefer choosing the DHL express shipping option.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Orders traveling outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs tax and import duties that may apply, depending on their country’s customs administration. Please check with your local post office. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
