4) I will let you know when I receive your pet’s hair, from this moment I will need 10 to 15 business days to make the keepsake for you.
5) When the pendant is ready, I send you a picture of your necklace before we ship it to ensure you are 100% in love with your choice!
6) After your approval, I will send the pet hair keepsake necklace to you along with any unused hairs.
