Returns
If you are not satisfied for any reason, return the items in the original condition (new and undamaged) within 14 days, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back and for any shipping and handling costs for the product they want to exchange.
Damages and Issues
If for any reason the piece is damaged or breaks during shipping (this seems unlikely, as all pieces are well-packaged), please send us a message explaining what happened and include a picture of the damaged product to assess the situation. We will send you a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
We may ask you to send the damaged item back before issuing a refund.
Custom Order Returns
Custom orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
